Post-COVID-19 Status – Spring 2024
HC White IT offices located in HC White Hall and the University Club are open. Staff are working regular hours (M-F 9am – 5pm) mainly on-campus.
In-person appointments in your HC White Hall or University Club office are possible and will be conducted in accordance with current campus masking and social distancing policy > COVID-19 pandemic.
Remote assistance appointments using remote control tools are also possible. You. will be asked to help us establish a remote control session so we can work on your computer directly. We will walk you through the process for doing this, which is not complicated.
